- - - DUELING CLUB .
this is one of the only places in hogwarts that you are free to duel other students without the fear of detention or losing house points. but make sure that there is a teacher around before you start firing off your spells... just encase something goes wrong! this club is only available to third years and up due to responsibility waivers not being signed for younger students.

- - - DEFENSE AGAINST THE DARK ARTS .
another mandatory lesson until newt level. but be warned the teacher is a ghost that seems to have more talent in putting people to sleep than teaching! so make sure to bring something to keep you awake or at least a pillow so it's a comfortable time. this class is just as boring as it was all those years ago.

- - - TRANSFIGURATION .
still taught by professor mcgonagall this class is one of hardest in hogwarts, but also one of the most rewarding when grades are dished out. the ability to change one thing into another is invaluable in the wizarding world as so few people truly master the art perfectly. this class is mandatory up until newt level, then it may be chosen as an elective or dropped.
